WHO IS THE SPEAKER
Heidi K. Gardner is a Distinguished Fellow at Harvard Law School, and was previously a professor at Harvard Business School and a consultant at McKinsey & Co. Named by Thinkers50 as a Next Generation Business Guru, she is a widely published author and an advisor, keynote speaker, and facilitator for organizations across a wide range of industries globally. Dr. Gardner earned her BA in Japanese from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics, and a second Master’s and PhD from London Business School. She has lived and worked on four continents.
Ivan A. Matviak is an Executive Vice President at the FinTech company Clearwater Analytics. With more than 25 years’ experience transforming complex global businesses, he has worked as a senior advisor to Boston Consulting Group and Warburg Pincus LLC. Matviak was previously an EVP at State Street Bank. He holds a MA from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA and Master’s in International Affairs from the Wharton Business School, and is a fellow at the Joseph H. Lauder Institute for International Studies.
